Here's a collection of character exploration. These two are twins, but express themselves completely differently.

Some gestures I did over 4th of July Weekend.

Character work! These are a bit old now, but they focus on the character of Penny, who is a fashion student. By the end of the story she is supposed to have learned how to mix patterns/screaming colors (Which she has always worked with but is terrible at making appealing to consumers when the story begins) so here were some thoughts on that.

Speed paint over a sketch. Sometimes I mess with different Legend of Zelda concepts. This particular one takes place well after technology has come and gone, keeping the Hyrule on par with its usual "medieval" setting.

A limited pallet challenge featuring the eleventh Doctor. I like how this one came out, maybe someday I'll make a polished version for a poster.

Beach gestures.

Zelda spam, Skyward Sword, wind waker and Twilight Princess. Differing Link's incarnations is good fun.

Needed something warm and colorful to go with this blizzard outside.

Oil painting for my sister and her boyfriend. I had a lot of fun with colors! The original is even more vibrant, photos never do art justice.

A Color study. A few months old now. I'm trying to get a better handle on photoshop, but this was done in Corel Painter.

 

Broke out my water soluble crayons for a cat pin up. I'm no sure either, but I sure had fun.
